The staff was genuinely hospitable and attentive.

The seating in the reception area was hard and uncomfortable, making it challenging to relax upon arrival. I was also disappointed by the noise levels. the thin walls allowed sounds from neighboring rooms to disrupt my stay. Adding to my frustration, the bar area felt cramped and uninviting, which deterred me from enjoying a drink after a long day.
